General Conditions

Below is the contractual document that will govern the contracting of products and services through the website WWW.WORDASA.COM owned by Wordasa Solutions (hereinafter the provider). The acceptance of this document implies that the user:
1. You have read, understand, and understand what is stated here.
2. That he is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
3. That it assumes all the obligations set forth herein.
These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity and will be applicable to all contracts made through the provider’s website www.wordasa.com
The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without affecting the goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification.

Identity of the parties
On the one hand, the supplier of the goods or services contracted by the user is Wordasa Solutions, with a registered office in Comunidad Valenciana, and with email contact@wordasa.com and another,
The user, registered on the website by means of a username and password, over which he has full responsibility for use and custody, is responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the provider.

Purpose of the Contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of purchase and sale between the provider and the user at the time when the latter accepts the corresponding box during the online contracting process.

The contractual relationship of purchase involves the delivery, in exchange for a specific price and publicly exposed through the website, of a specific product or service.

Hiring
The contracting procedure can only be carried out in the corresponding language. In case it could be carried out in another language it will be indicated before starting the contracting procedure.

Price and term of validity of the offer
The prices that are budgeted with respect to the service contracted do not include the Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable and in any case, shall be expressed in the Euro currency (€).

The prices applicable to each service will be those indicated in writing in the budget and later accepted by the client and applied automatically by the contracting process in the last phase of the same. The client assumes that in any case, the economic valuation of some of the services may vary according to the complications encountered during the execution of the order if they have not been previously indicated. In any case, this will always be previously communicated to the client.

Any payment made to the provider will entail the issuance of an invoice on behalf of the client. This invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the client.

When a service is contracted, a reservation amount will be requested as a down payment that will be deducted from the final payment when the service is delivered or terminated. No work will start if these conditions are not met. Any breach by the client, Wordasa Solutions reserves the right not to start any work.

For any information the customer will have the customer service email contact@wordasa.com In any case, the service must be indicated in the subject of the message.

All the services offered through the website will always be delivered within the subscribed deadlines as long as both parties comply with the agreed part.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in matters not expressly established. The provider and the user, agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these Conditions to the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s address.

In the event that the user has his domicile outside Spain, the provider, and the user, expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the Valencian Community (Spain).
